We encourage patients to schedule lab visits whenever possible. This helps promote social distancing and reduces wait times.
You can schedule most lab appointments through the Froedtert & MCW app or MyChart for a time that is convenient for you. You must have an active lab order from your provider in order to schedule your appointment. If you do not have an order from your provider or if you are unsure, please contact your provider’s office. At this time, online scheduling is not available for appointments in our Cancer Center labs.
To schedule your lab appointment through the Froedtert & MCW app or MyChart:
- Download the app or access MyChart online. Sign in or create an account if you haven’t already.
- If you are using the app, tap “Book an Appointment.” Or, if you are accessing MyChart online, select “Visits.”
- Tap or select “Schedule an appointment.”
- Under the “Tell us why you’re coming in” section, tap or select “Lab (DO NOT use for COVID Testing)” and follow the prompts.
For your convenience, an order can be made at one location and drawn at another.
Lab results are available in MyChart. If you do not have MyChart or have questions regarding your results, please contact your provider. Lab staff cannot provide results.
