I was hoping for a more pro-active remedy to my problem rather than just suggestions on how to prevent it in the future. The problem continues. But I understand that sometimes the cure can be worse than the initial problem. She did explain that to me and I accept it as sometimes the most practical solution.
Everything went well.
Jessica was extremely professional and knowledgeable. She took care of my issue and treated me with dignity and respect. She is one of the best providers I have seen in a very long time. I will spread the good news about my visit.
