Enhanced Security for Froedtert Hospital’s Ambulance Bay
A security enhancement will be introduced to the Ambulance Bay at Froedtert Hospital on Tuesday, Sept. 12, 2023, at 9 a.m.
- A tiered-access system will be installed to gain access to the Emergency Department(ED) at Froedtert Hospital campus. The system will be monitored by our Security Operations Center.
- EMS providers will gain access by using an issued security pin code that has been passed along to EMS service leadership. A video intercom will also be available to request access.
- The access system will be located to the right of the ambulance bay entrance doors at the ED at Froedtert Hospital campus

Cardiac Catheterization Observations
The Froedtert & the Medical College of Wisconsin health network is dedicated to improving processes and addressing quality care issues regarding the care of acute coronary syndrome (ACS) patients.
