Great visit. Everything went smoothly and never felt rushed. Treat with respect by all staff I interacted with today!
30 minute wait after my appointment time. Nearly 1 hour at the clinic for a well check. Kayla was so kind she erased any frustrations about the lateness.
Kayla addressed all of my questions.
Dr Knoernschild is an amazing physician. He combines knowledge with compassion and concern. He puts me at ease throughout the visit, answering questions and showing concern for my health needs. He is an example of what ALL physicians should follow and Froedtert is a better healthcare system because of Dr Knoernschild.
The staff and Dr. Schiller wereExcellent. Very professional..kind..knowledgeable and listened to my concerns. Kudos to all.
Caitlin was fantastic. She made me feel at ease and really listened to what I had to say.
Kayla was incredible. I am so excited to have found a provider I can connect with and that actually shows concern for my well being and any concerns I had. She was friendly and personable and took her time. She was very knowledgeable and informative. I am looking forward to having her as my primary care provider.

I don't know about the clinic recommendation cause I have had issues in the past but Christy Smith is amazing. I feel she truly cares for who she is treating and wants the best for them.
Don't know how I got to the video call but I did get in which surprised me.
I've been a patient of Dr. Marx since he started at the clinic and he is the best physician to work with. He truly listens and provides helpful solutions.

Christina (Chrissy) has exemplary bedside manner and was attentive and proactive regarding all of my concerns. She is the most competent, caring, thorough, and efficient provider I have ever had. I would recommend her to anyone. As long as she is at this clinic, I will keep returning. Thank you!

Dr. Rhyner always addresses my concerns so when I leave I feel I've had the best care possible.

I felt very comfortable with Kayla. She was pleasant, kind, showed empathy for my situation and went out of her way to suggest and find solutions that would benefit my situations. The nurse who did my vitals,etc.was super nice.
I love working with Dr Marx. He always listens to me and makes me feel heard. He also involves me a lot in the decision making and outcomes of care.
I've been seeing Dr Nagy for a long time and I always feel like I get great care from her and that she treats me like an individual. She knows what's important to me and asks me about things outside my medical care. I fully trust Dr Nagy!
