Dr. Rutsch was professional, concerned, and clearly communicated medical issues. She took my concerns very seriously and gave her recommendations while realizing I make the final decisions on my health. Would definitely recommend her.

We love the care that we receive at Froedtert. We especially appreciate the Jackson clinic, as it is quiet and we never feel rushed when seeing our Provider.

I moved to Jackson in 2020. I was concerned at the time if I would find a primary physician that I would be happy with. I have such respect for Dr. Rutsch and confidence in the care I am receiving. I had to laugh at the question would I recommend her to others. I would, but I won't want to do it. I forgot to make an appointment for my annual physical which I should have made for January. This last week her staff called to schedule the appointment. I will be seeing her in March when she has availability.

Unfortunately, the Internet & Epic was down so it was a struggle to check-in, review medical issues, and address current needs. The staff handled it as best they could. It was still a productive appointment and I appreciate that Jaymie was able to address my concerns.

Dr. Rutsch is amazing. We are so happy to have found her and have her as our primary care provider. She is knowledgeable, kind, personable and answers any questions we have.The same goes for her nursing staff. They always are great with my kids and happy to help. So thankful for all of them!!
