Breast Imaging Center of Excellence (BICOE)
Breast imaging centers at Froedtert Hospital, Froedtert Menomonee Falls Hospital and Froedtert West Bend Hospital, as well as Froedtert & MCW RAYUS Radiology (formerly CDI) Westbrook Health Center location, are each accredited by the American College of Radiology (ACR) as a Breast Imaging Center of Excellence (BICOE).
Diagnostic Imaging Center of Excellence (DICOE)
Every one of our Froedtert & MCW imaging locations is recognized as a Diagnostic Imaging Center of Excellence (DICOE) by the American College of Radiology (ACR). At a DICOE facility, patients receive the highest levels of imaging quality, safety and care.
American College of Radiology (ACR)
All locations are ACR-accredited for computed tomograph (CT), magnetic resonance imaging (MRI), ultrasound, breast imaging, and nuclear medicine. Froedtert Hospital is an ACR-accredited Lung Cancer Screening Center.
The International Society for Clinical Densitometry (ISCD)
Froedtert Hospital is accredited by the ISCD, having demonstrated satisfactory completion of overall competence in DXA skeletal assessment. ISCD is the only accrediting body in this field.
Education
Our School of Radiologic Technology is accredited by the Joint Review Committee on Education on Radiologic Technology (JRCERT).
Our Nuclear Medicine Technology Program is accredited by the Joint Review Committee on Nuclear Medicine Technology (JRCNMT).
