Health Care Roundtable is an online community that provides an easy, confidential and effective way for you to engage in the health care transformation in our region. In this virtual space, you will be able to share opinions and insights on a variety of health care topics by participating in short online surveys and making your voice heard. As part of this online community, you will receive updates of the positive changes made based on the information you and others have shared.
Simply provide your e-mail address below and a link will be sent to you to confirm your membership and allow you to fill out your new member profile. Once completed with this step, you will start to receive invitations to participate and to share your thoughts.
Once you join the online community, you can expect to receive surveys and invitations to participate in other customer research studies. With each survey you complete, you will have the opportunity to be entered in a drawing to receive a $25 retail e-gift card. Please see our Rewards Policy.
