The Froedtert & MCW health network has built strong partner relationships with quality health care organizations around the state.

That makes it easier for patients to take advantage of the specialized, quality care we provide and then return to their community physicians for continuing treatment. Read about our many partnerships and affiliations and how they assure you’re able to get the best medical care possible.

Froedtert Health

Froedtert Hospital and Community Memorial Hospital (now Froedtert Menomonee Falls Hospital) came together in 2001 to form Froedtert Health, a regional integrated hospital organization with two locations and multiple program sites.

In July of 2008, Froedtert Health added the former SynergyHealth organizations of St. Joseph's Hospital (now Froedtert West Bend Hospital), the West Bend Clinic (now the West Bend Health Center) and the St. Joseph's Community Foundation

In September of 2010, Froedtert Health completed the acquisition of ProHealth Care Medical Associates practices in six locations in Menomonee Falls, Germantown and Hartford.

In October 2017, Froedtert Health and the former United Hospital System (United) expanded an existing relationship to include the St. Catherine’s Medical Center Campus (now Froedtert Pleasant Prairie Hospital) and several other clinic locations in the Froedtert & the Medical College of Wisconsin health network. At that time, United changed its legal name to Froedtert South and began providing health care under the Froedtert & the Medical College of Wisconsin brand name.
